As for a manhwa store in English, hanbooks.com is the only place I know of online. They're located in LA, so you can pick up the books if you're in the area. plus i read that they're very reliable, and that their prices are reasonable.

Rental place exists in San Jose, CA, but don't know where. Also, note that this person found most of these places online -- so they may or may not still exist. Only the ones with a *star are confirmed! And yes, these listings are somewhat random, and mostly in California.

Not sure where it is, but one does secretly exist here! Beware, since some of the books are just korean translations of Chinese comics (or something like that? not original manhwa).

*Toronto, Canada:
two manhwa stores, located on Yonge and Finch St. One is across the street from Finch Station, located upstairs of a coffe shop (look for something akin to a Korean bookstore sign). If you would like to call, their number is 416-229-book. The other is also upstairs, it caught my eye because of the movie posters on the outside (this one also has movies besides manhwa). They're not too hard to find really, once you're in that general area.
